In order to receive most services at The Arc in Hawaii, participants need to be eligible for Medicaid Waiver. However, some services are also available on a fee-for-service basis for those able to pay for them. Eligibility requirements for Medicaid Waiver services include:
- Being found eligible for Medicaid through the Department of Human Services, MedQuest Division
- Being found eligible for Case Management Services through the Department of Health, Developmental Disabilities Division
- Being found eligible for Medicaid Waiver Services through the Department of Health, Developmental Disabilities Division
